Accommodation

  • Accommodation for our stay during the reunion event is arranged at SRM Hotel.

  • Accommodation will be provided during the duration of the reunion event (12th afternoon – 15th afternoon). For stay outside of these dates, individuals will have to make their own arrangements.

  • Regular check-in time at hotel is 1:00 pm. Those who need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the organizers by 30 Jun 2018.

  • Please collect your Welcome Kit at the time of check-in.

Ground Transportation (To & Fro)

  • Pick-up/drop (airport, railway station & bus stand) will be arranged through the hotel. Please ensure that you share your travel details with the event organizers by 30 Jun 2018.

  • Distance to SRM Hotel – From Airport (3.0 KMs), Railway Station (3.5 KMs) & Central Bus Stand (4 KMs).
  • Buses will be arranged for event related travel. Travel for any personal needs will have to be arranged by individuals.

  • Please report for boarding the bus at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time as per agenda. In the unlikely event that someone misses the bus, he/she will have to make their own alternate travel arrangements.

Food

  • Meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided during the event duration.

  • Alcohol will be arranged separately by the event organizers.

  • For any special diet restrictions, please inform the event organizers in advance.

Pricing

  • Rooms will be allotted on a sharing basis (for singles) and a separate room (for families).

  • Extra beds for kids will be provided on request.

  • The registration fee covers accommodation, food, transportation, entertainment (excluding alcohol) and giveaways.

  • Any incidental costs such as mini bar consumption, in-room dining, telephone expenses, laundry service etc., will need to be paid by individuals at the time of check-out.

Safety & Security

  • Ambulance with paramedic services will be made available on Friday & Saturday.

  • Please ensure that Event Badges/Tags are worn (including by dependents) at all times.

  • RECTIANS are expected to take care of their family members especially the kids.

  • NITT (RECT) has been declared a smoke and alcohol free campus. Please respect this.

  • Please follow the Rules and Regulations of the hotels.

  • Please keep the contact details of the event organizers handy and get in touch with them for any special medical related requirements or emergencies.

Miscellaneous

  • Dress code will be casuals on all days.

  • Please handover the room key and settle any extra bill amounts at the time of check-out without fail.
